This was my "ounce of flesh" that went into this project.
When removing the old exhaust, one exhaust stud broke, one backed out and one stayed put. The one that broke was very difficult to remove because there wasn't room or enough material to get a Vice-Grip on it securely. So, I decided to weld a nut onto the end for something to turn it with. I had to weld it on from underneath, but when I went to tack it in place the first time and had it nice and yellow and starting to get shiny... It fell. I tried to turn and get out of the way but it landed in my ear. The worst part of the whole thing was hearing the sizzle. Fashizzle. It kinda smarts.
