Not exciting. Not a good photo. But it is the basement. It has a brand spanking new french drain system with a dehumidifyer installed. The boiler and water heater are gas fired. The boiler has a system set up so the house is heated in three zones. Exactly where those zones are, I'm not sure yet. The steps go up to a landing from which you can either go straight out the back door or turn right and step up into the kitchen.
