The supplied catalytic converted had a hole for an O2 sensor, but my '94 Aero doesn't need it. So we took an old dead O2 sensor, gutted it, and brazed in a bolt to fill the gap and create a plug. Here's Dad brazing it for me while I put some Neosporin on my ear.
